We count anyone with an active membership at your facility, plus anyone who visits 5 or more times in a month (like regular drop-in users or class pack holders).

Here's what doesn't count toward your member total:

• Members with frozen or paused memberships
• Cancelled or former members still in your system
• Prospects and leads who haven't converted yet

The idea is simple: you should only pay for members you're actively serving. If someone's membership is on hold or they're just a contact in your CRM, they won't affect your billing.

We offer a standalone Gym Website for $99/month. It includes all the features of our high-performance websites without the marketing automation, reputation management, and dynamic pricing included in the Grow plan.

Switching to 1club is seamless - we migrate all of your data for free, including member profiles, memberships, and class schedules - so nothing gets left behind.

You can cancel your plan from the billing section of your account. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle (monthly or annual) and then stops automatically. Monthly plans are with a 1-month notice, and annual plans with 2 months’ notice.
